FinanceFarm turns non-bankable assets into simple, predictable, and transparent participation products. We consistently buy below the asset's real-world value, represent each asset in our app as fractional co-ownership shares, and sell via auction houses, private and leasing clients, as well as an in-app auction.
Every issuance starts with a minimum safety margin of 61% compared to the most recently realized sales price. All incoming payments are confirmed in our audit-proof records, and distributions are only made once the money has actually been received and actively claimed in the app.
