2. Legal Documents and Order of Precedence

2.1 The General Terms and Conditions dated 27 October 2026 (“GTC Full Service”) are available as a separate document at https://www.financefarm.com/terms-and-conditions.

2.2 The Terms of Use dated 29 October 2026 are available as a separate document at https://www.financefarm.com/terms-of-use.

2.3 The Privacy Policy dated 29 October 2026 independently provides information about the processing of personal data and is available at https://www.financefarm.com/privacy-policy.

2.4 For purchases by Co-Participants and wallet users, the GTC Full Service contain the legal terms. The Purchase Data displayed before purchase specify the purchase asset and the relevant parameters, including risks and, where applicable, collateral. The GTC, Purchase Data and electronic Purchase Confirmation are provided in a saveable form. Separate written Purchase Agreements are used for purchases from Sellers and sales to Rebuyers.

2.5 Mandatory law takes precedence. For Seller and Rebuyer transactions, the relevant written Purchase Agreement, including its validly incorporated annexes, then takes precedence over the GTC Full Service. Co-Participant and wallet purchases are governed by the GTC Full Service and the Purchase Data provided for therein and displayed before conclusion; the Terms of Use follow. Purchase Data do not introduce hidden additional terms. Clause 2.2 of the GTC Full Service governs; the Privacy Policy governs information about data processing.

2.6 Contract formation, electronic acceptance and the Purchase Confirmation are governed by Clause 7 of the GTC Full Service. Neither a separately signed customer Purchase Agreement nor a second contractual confirmation is provided for Co-Participant or wallet purchases. The legal significance of the User Account, the designated electronic access facility, system messages and transaction status is governed by the GTC Full Service and, on a supplementary basis, the Terms of Use.

3. Informational Nature and Reservation of Rights

3.1 This document identifies the provider and supplies general information. In itself, it constitutes neither an offer nor an acceptance, representation, obligation to perform, fee, limitation of liability or other contractual term.

3.2 Presentations, descriptions, estimates, prices and availability information are non-binding unless expressly designated as binding before conclusion in the Purchase Display, a binding offer or a Seller or Rebuyer Purchase Agreement. Electronic purchase declarations and declarations of acceptance under Clause 7 of the GTC Full Service remain binding; a mere technical display creates no additional rights.

3.3 Mandatory duties to provide information and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected in all cases.

4. Copyright, Trade Marks and Other Protected Rights

4.1 The content, design, trade marks, software, data models and documentation of the Platform are protected by copyright, trade mark law or other legal protection.

4.2 Access to the Platform for its intended purpose transfers no intellectual property rights. Any use, reproduction, adaptation, distribution or making available to the public beyond that scope requires a statutory basis or the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder.

5. External Links and Third-Party Content

5.1 Links to services offered by independent third parties are selected with due care. As a rule, FinanceFarm has no control over their content, availability, security or data processing and does not adopt third-party content as its own merely by linking to it. Reports of unlawful content or content posing a security risk are reviewed, and links are removed where necessary. Mandatory statutory liability remains reserved.

5.2 External services are subject to the legal documents and privacy information of the relevant third-party providers. Users should review these before using the external service.

6. Currency of Information and Language Version

6.1 This Provider Information and Legal Notice is current as at 29 October 2026. FinanceFarm may update the information following factual or legal changes.

6.2 The German version is the original and shall prevail. Translations are provided solely for ease of understanding; mandatory law remains reserved.
