The following information on data protection is intended to give you an overview of the processing of your personal data by FinanceFarm AG (hereinafter referred to as FinanceFarm). At the same time, you will be informed about your rights under data protection legislation.

3.1. Fulfillment of contractual obligations

FinanceFarm processes personal data that is collected as part of the business relationship with the user. At FinanceFarm, those people who need it to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations have access to personal data. Personal data that is no longer required to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations is regularly deleted, unless the - limited - further processing of personal data is necessary for a contractual or legal purpose.
